Substance Use Recovery

Every stage of the storm

“I used to smoke pot on the weekends, but now I do it every day.”

“I think I am an addict, and I don’t know what to do.” OR “My loved ones keep telling me I have a problem, but I’m not so sure.”

“I’m new in recovery and do not understand who I am or what my life is without drugs and alcohol.” Or perhaps, “I’ve got years of recovery and need some help jumping some new hurdles that have come up.”

“I feel terrible after I have a rough night of drinking. I know I’m an alcoholic, and I really want to get sober, but I just can’t seem to stop.” Or maybe, “My loved one is drinking too much, and I’m always stressed out and upset.”

Whichever of these applies to you, I can help.

If you’re still engaging in problematic behaviors…

Perhaps you’re having trouble at work. Maybe your friends and family are repeatedly voicing concerns. Or maybe it’s because you know deep down that you have a problem on some level.

Regardless of whether you are truly an “addict,” this is making you feel crazy.

Your behavior may take one of many forms: Alcohol. Legal drugs. Illegal drugs. Spending. Sex. Relationships. Codependent behaviors.

I’ll meet you where you are.

We won’t try to convince you that you’re an addict and strong-arm you into rehab.

Maybe you’re addicted, and you need more help – or maybe you’re not, and you don’t. We’ll work with you, and we’ll figure it out – together.

And while many of us speak the language of 12-Step programs, we don’t force them on anyone resistant. There are plenty of other resources out there for people who want an alternative.

If you’re free from these behaviors…

Wouldn’t it be amazing if recovery/abstinence fixed all your problems?

Whether you’re newly clean or have several years under your belt, you’ve probably discovered that this is (unfortunately) not the case.

Wherever you are on your recovery journey when you work with us, we can promise you one thing: we will hear you, understand you, and gently push you forward through the blockages that have come up for you.

Wherever you are on your journey, let’s get together!
